Victor Ofosu has held a position in communication (public relations). He was elected Vice President of the London South Bank University Students Union; he previously served as Student Union President. As Student Union President, he helped organise a political event where former President of Ghana Jerry John Rawlings delivered a speech for Black History Month about the struggles for political development and the importance of young people's contributions to progress. This event was significant for Victor Ofosu's political position within Ghana.
In 2010, he stood for election in Lewisham as a candidate for the local Liberal Democrat Party.
He has also transitioned into a career as an author and independent researcher. His work includes analysis of international security issues in arms-control dialogues.
His analytical essay, which reinterprets and explores the theory of Propaganda of the Deed, has been cited in discussions of the theory, where he refutes the traditional definition and application of the term. In this work, he reframes the theory as a psychological conditioning mechanism used as a war-termination strategy rather than a revolutionary trigger.
His current academic research focuses on a framework he has developed for deploying infrasound as a tool in strategic communication in military campaigns, as well as on spirituality and individuals’ personal development.
He is currently the CEO of Strategic Sustainable Development Limited.
